Biweekly Hours: 80.00
Shift: 6-230pm, 11a-730p, 230p- 1130p

Founded in 1837, Cuyahoga County's safety-net health system operates four hospitals, four emergency departments and more than 20 health centers.
Summary:
Provides skilled secretarial and clerical support for designated Nursing leaders. Performs administrative duties in support of assigned areas. Upholds the mission, vision, values, and customer service standards of The MetroHealth System.
Qualifications:
Required:
High School Graduate or passage of a high school equivalency exam.
Three years of experience in an office environment
Proficient in the use of Microsoft Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint, and/or other databases
Previous database management experience
Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communications
Previous experience working with highly sensitive and confidential information
Must be self-directed, self-motivated and detail oriented
Ability to complete detailed work accurately and on schedule
Ability to handle complex projects, involving multiple departments and external entities
Preferred:
Associate's degree
Physical Demands:
May need to move around intermittently during the day, including sitting, standing, stooping, bending, and ambulating.
May need to remain still for extended periods, including sitting and standing.
Ability to communicate in face-to-face, phone, email, and other communications.
