  • 10+ Years of professional experience in Design, analyze, and debug analog and digital electrical circuits for motor control and power electronics applications
  • Experience with embedded systems, control algorithms, or firmware integration
  • Knowledge of applicable standards (e.g., MIL-STD, DO-160, EMI/EMC compliance)
  • Develop and review motor controller architectures, including hardware and embedded control concepts
  • Lead technical efforts for motor control systems, from concept through production and sustainment
  • Perform root cause analysis and troubleshooting at board, system, and integration levels
  • Support software-hardware integration by understanding firmware, control algorithms, and system interfaces
  • Participate in requirements definition, design reviews, verification, and validation activities
