What You'll Do (Responsibilities):

As an Area Director, you'll serve as the key link between headquarters and your assigned districts, leading day-to-day operations and ensuring alignment with company policies. You'll drive sales growth, strengthen customer relationships, and support branch teams in delivering consistent results while upholding company standards.


What You'll Bring (Requirements):

  • A minimum of 5 years' experience in the Casual Restaurant industry is required.
  • Previous experience in a deli or food service management role is preferred.
  • BS/MA in Business Administration preferred.
  • Servsafe License preferred, or able to obtain a State-approved license - must be maintained per State Mandates. 
  • Availability to work within open hours (e.g. evenings, holidays, weekends).
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Display a positive and outwardly friendly attitude towards all guests - Live the McAlister's Touch.
  • Proven district management working experience
  • Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Able to withstand the physical demands a restaurant environment holds.
