We're looking for Home Hospice RNs for an immediate travel opening in Kirkland, WA.
The right RN should have 2 years of experience in Home Hospice nursing. Read below for more requirements.

As an RN in Home Hospice nurse, you will asses physical and nursing needs of assigned hospice patients. Monitor changes in condition and identify problems requiring intervention. Continuously evaluate whether the current plan of care is meeting the patient's needs.

As an RN, you should be prepared to perform the following tasks:

  • Maintain the patient's quality of life and managing symptoms as the illness progresses.
  • Work with physicians and the hospice team to adjust the plan of care when symptoms or patient needs change.
  • Ensure the patient's wishes and goals are respected.
  • Help patients and families navigate end-of-life decisions and services.
  • Promote comfort, dignity, safety, and quality of life

The ideal candidate must have at least two years of experience as an RN in a Home Hospice setting. Additionally, they should possess a current BLS certification and be eligible for State licensure. 

RNs in home hospice nurse should be autonomous, organized, and compassionate, able to provide high-quality care in a patient's home environment.
