Job description

Gastroenterology Associates Endoscopy Center has an immediate need for a part-time Registered Nurse Endoscopy.

At Gastroenterology Associates Endoscopy Center , we believe health and care are inseparable. We are a fast-paced, Ambulatory Surgery Center (ASC) providing Gastroenterology procedures in a high-quality, service oriented environment.

Job Summary: The Registered Nurse Endoscopy has the responsibility to plan, direct organize, coordinate and implement all nursing care services for the pre-, intra- and post procedure patients in a manner suitable to accepted standards of care. Utilizes the nursing process to provide comprehensive nursing care during the patient visit. Coordinates total patient care in coordination with other health care team members. Functions as a patient advocate utilizing the Patient's Bill of Rights. Demonstrates professional growth and development by accepting responsibility and accountability for one's nursing practice.

Part-time requires 20 - 29 hours/week.

  • Monday-Friday work schedule
  • NO nights, NO weekends and NO holiday work
  • NO call required

Starting Pay Range: **** $44.00 - $55.00/hour, depending on experience

Required Skills

  • Graduate of an accredited Nursing school.
  • 1+ year of Registered Nurse experience. Endoscopy experience preferred.
  • Current RN license to practice in the state of Washington.
  • BLS accredited by AHA required. ACLS accredited by AHA preferred.
  • Ability to make decisions based on nursing judgment.
  • Able to prioritize and organize workload to meet needs of patients and unit.
  • Strong communication skills, verbal and written.
