Job description

As a Bilingual Customer Care Agent, you will manage incoming calls and emails in both English and French, ensuring an exceptional customer experience in every interaction. Your primary responsibility is to provide accurate information, handle inquiries and complaints, and offer level-1 technical support with professionalism, empathy, and efficiency. As customer service is central to our company’s success, you will play a key role in representing the brand and upholding a high standard of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Handle a wide variety of customer cases via phone and email in both English and French
  • Listen attentively, identify customer needs, and demonstrate clear understanding and empathy
  • Choose the most appropriate resolution path for each case and ensure proper follow-up
  • Maintain composure and professionalism at all times
  • Accurately record, update, and document customer cases in the designated tools
  • Represent the company with a positive, customer-first attitude
Required Profile
  • Strong schedule flexibility; availability to work 44 hours per week on a rotating shift basis
  • Minimum of a high school diploma (Baccalaureate or equivalent)
  • Excellent command of both English and French (C1 level in English required; strong spoken/written French)
  • Proven experience in customer service or commercial roles, ideally in a call center environment
  • Experience in customer satisfaction–focused projects is a strong plus
  • Interest or familiarity with wellness, mindfulness, or meditation is appreciated
