Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and professional Bilingual Fulani-Speaking Recruiter in the Fairfield, OH area to identify, interview, and place qualified candidates in a variety of positions. The ideal candidate will be fluent in both French and English and have excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Recruit, screen, and interview candidates in both Fulani and English.
  • Source candidates through job boards, social media, referrals, networking, and other recruiting methods.
  • Conduct phone and in-person interviews to assess qualifications, experience, and job fit.
  • Communicate with French-speaking candidates throughout the hiring process.
  • Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates.
  • Match candidates with appropriate job opportunities based on skills and experience.
  • Coordinate interviews, background checks, drug screens, and other pre-employment requirements.
  • Maintain accurate candidate records and recruiting activity in the company database or ATS.
