About the Role:
Join BFO Management as a Real Estate Translator, where your linguistic skills will bridge the gap between diverse clients and the vibrant real estate market in Boca Raton, FL. This exciting opportunity allows you to play a crucial role in facilitating transactions and ensuring clear communication in a dynamic industry.

Responsibilities:
  • Translate real estate documents, contracts, and marketing materials from English to other languages and vice versa.
  • Collaborate with real estate agents and clients to ensure accurate and culturally appropriate communication.
  • Review and edit translations for clarity, accuracy, and adherence to industry terminology.
  • Assist in the preparation of presentations and reports for multilingual audiences.
  • Maintain a glossary of real estate terms to ensure consistency across translations.
  • Participate in client meetings to provide on-the-spot translation as needed.
  • Stay updated on local real estate trends and terminology in multiple languages.
  • Provide feedback on translation processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
Requirements:
  • Fluency in English and French; Spanish a plus
  • Prior experience in real estate 
  • Strong understanding of real estate terminology (U.S. and/or international)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • High attention to detail and confidentiality
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, client-focused environment
Preferred Skills:
  • Experience working with international investors (especially Canadian clients)
  • Familiarity with Florida real estate contracts and processes
  • Ability to simplify complex legal language for clients
