Conduct language assessments and role-based evaluations for sales effectiveness, objection handling, and client-fit.
Maintain a steady pipeline of qualified sales candidates across EMEA locations through active and passive sourcing methods.
Organize and manage virtual and on-site recruitment drives and job fairs in key cities or regions.
Stay up to date with labor laws, talent availability, and compensation benchmarks across EMEA countries.
Use data-driven recruiting metrics (time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, source effectiveness) to optimize and report recruitment activity.
Promote employer brand in local markets through social media, talent communities, and regional partnerships.

Requirements:

Minimum 23 years of recruitment experience in a BPO or high-volume CX or sales hiring environment, with a focus on EMEA markets.
Proven ability to recruit for multilingual and multicultural sales roles, especially for voice-based campaigns.
Strong sourcing skills using platforms like LinkedIn Recruiter, local job boards (e.g., Reed, StepStone, Bayt, Jobberman), and referrals.
Excellent communication and interviewing skills with cultural sensitivity across European, Middle Eastern, and African regions.
Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment CRMs.
Ability to manage competing priorities and large volumes of requisitions in a fast-paced setting.

Knowledge of BPO verticals such as telecom, fintech, e-commerce, travel, or tech support.
Fluency in an additional EMEA language is a plus (e.g., French, Arabic, German, Spanish, etc.).
