Job description

We are growing!! Freightliner-Western Star of Maine is seeking enthusiastic, organized, and hard-working individuals to join our team. Come and join a winning company with locations from Westbrook to Fort Kent! Our Westbrook location has been serving customers for over 20 years! We are looking for motivated Diesel Technicians to perform all service mechanical repairs. Pay will depend on experience.

Responsibilities:

  • Examine vehicles to diagnose repairs
  • Perform routine vehicle maintenance
  • Communication with Service Writer(s)
  • Documenting all work performed
  • Attending and successfully completing factory training as required

Requirements:

  • Own tools
  • Must have a valid driver's license
  • Knowledge in electrical and computer diagnostics of heavy trucks
  • State Inspection is a plus
