  • Build and grow a book of carrier partners by identifying, engaging, and onboarding new carriers through outbound calls, emails, and strategic outreach.
  • Own daily freight execution, ensuring customer shipments are covered, serviced, and tracked successfully through Flock's platform.
  • Develop trusted carrier relationships, using consistent, strategic communication to drive long-term engagement and platform adoption.
  • Apply tactical sales and negotiation skills to optimize carrier utilization and achieve strong economic outcomes.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Customer Success, Tracking, and Operations teams to deliver a high-quality experience for both carriers and customers.
  • Maintain accurate carrier and capacity data in Flock's systems to support real-time coverage and execution.
  • Monitor shipments and performance metrics: proactively identifying issues and opportunities for improvement.
  • Consistently hit or exceed performance goals: including activity, coverage, and revenue-related metrics set by the Carrier Success leadership team.
  • Leverage Flock Freight's digital platform and pooling technology to create differentiated value for carrier partners.

Who You Are
  • Competitive, driven, and motivated by performance-based goals
  • Comfortable with outbound sales activity and relationship building
  • A strong communicator who can influence, negotiate, and problem-solve in real time
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities at once
  • Adaptable and energized by working in a fast-moving, execution-focused environment
  • Mission-driven and excited to contribute to a company modernizing the freight industry

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Previous sales, account management, or customer-facing experience preferred
  • Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed goals
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Confident decision-maker with solid problem-solving instincts
  • Strong work ethic and a willingness to learn
