We are searching for our next Operations Manager reporting to the Warehouse General Manager.

Starting total compensation is $65,000.


Responsibilities

- Leading the second shift consisting of 25-30 front line associates who support a cross-dock operation and pick / pack orders for our diverse array of customers

- Directly support Retail Consolidation business, driving on-time deliveries to world class retailers. The successful candidate will coordinate with other shift leaders to ensure smooth flow of freight in and out of the building, the freight operations team, customer service, and drivers

- The individual must be an outgoing, energetic, and data driven individual who is constantly seeking to improve themselves, the operation, and their team


Requirements

- 3+ years of Operations Manager experience or 5-8 years as a Warehouse Supervisor within a 3PL/ Crossdock environment

- Comfort with technology, to include MS Excel, Outlook, and Teams

- Strong communication skills

- The ability to focus under pressure

- Willingness to work evening shifts and overtime shifts, when required

- Experience with multiple warehouse management systems preferred

- Bachelor's degree preferred

- Spanish Language Proficiency preferred
