Position Summary: The B2B Operations Manager is responsible for leading forecasting, operational planning, and cross-functional business operations to support customer demand, operational performance, and business growth. This role partners with multiple departments and global stakeholders to drive strategic initiatives, improve operational efficiency, and support data-driven decision-making across the organization.

Role Description: The B2B Operations Manager is responsible for leading business operations, forecasting, and strategic planning activities to support customer demand fulfillment, operational excellence, and sustainable business growth. This role drives cross-functional collaboration among Sales, Production, Warehouse, Logistics, Technical, Finance, and global headquarters teams to align customer requirements with operational capabilities. Key responsibilities include analyzing sales, inventory, and supply chain performance to provide data-driven insights for management decision-making, developing and managing KPI reporting frameworks, and facilitating operational reviews to enhance accountability and performance. The position also leads process improvement initiatives focused on increasing forecasting accuracy, operational efficiency, reporting effectiveness, and scalability while supporting strategic business planning, inventory optimization, and customer satisfaction objectives.


Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

Lead demand forecasting, inventory planning, and operational activities to support customer requirements and business objectives. 

Manage end-to-end B2B supply chain operations, including order fulfillment, production planning, logistics coordination, and warehouse activities. 

Analyze sales, inventory, supply chain, and operational performance metrics to support strategic planning and management decision-making. 

Develop and maintain KPI reporting, dashboards, and performance tracking processes to improve visibility, accountability, and operational alignment. 

Coordinate cross-functional activities among Sales, Production, Logistics, Quality, Warehouse, Technical, Finance, and global headquarters teams. 

Oversee transportation, shipment scheduling, and logistics operations with carriers, freight forwarders, and third-party logistics providers. 

Manage import/export activities, customs compliance, and trade documentation, including USMCA Certificates of Origin and customer-specific requirements. 

Monitor inventory accuracy, material flow, and warehouse performance through cycle count and inventory control processes. 

Lead operational reviews and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency, reporting effectiveness, scalability, and customer satisfaction. 

Investigate operational issues and implement corrective actions to improve business performance and service levels. 

Execute SAP ERP transactions related to order management, inventory control, invoicing, customer claims, cost tracking, and month-end closing activities. 

Prepare operational reports, forecasts, and business analyses to support leadership initiatives and strategic planning efforts.

Requirements

Qualifications: Listed below are the minimum and/or desired qualifications of the position including education, work experience and knowledge & skills that are required to perform satisfactorily in the position:


Education and Work Experience:

Bachelor's degree in business administration and/or in a related field

Business operation, and/or logistics experience preferred. 

- 7~10 years of work experience


Knowledge and Skills:

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Computer literate (Word, Excel PowerPoint, Outlook) as well as familiarity with SAP 

Bilingual (English & Korean)

Team works, good attitude, energetic

Problem solving skills

Organized, detail oriented, and ability to multi-task


Physical Demands: 

Position requires sitting at a desk working on a computer for at least 2/3 of time.

Position requires minimal lifting up to 20 lbs.

Position requires regular and reliable attendance.

Position requires travel up to 10% of time.
