ABOUT CARGOVOLT

CargoVolt is a fast-growing freight brokerage laser-focused on the energy and infrastructure sectors. We specialize in flatbed transportation, the backbone of moving heavy equipment, steel, and materials to job sites powering America's energy build-out.

We are a niche player in a $6 trillion global energy sector, purpose-built to serve the contractors, developers, and manufacturers who are building the grid, the solar fields, and the infrastructure of the future. Our focus is intentional, our growth is real, and we're just getting started.

THE OPPORTUNITY

We're hiring two Operations Representatives to join our team immediately. This is a ground-floor opportunity for someone who wants to break into the logistics industry, learn the business from the inside, and grow with a company that is scaling rapidly.

You'll work directly alongside our Operations Manager supporting one of our flagship enterprise accounts. This is not a passive role — you'll be hands-on from day one, learning how freight moves, how relationships are built, and how to operate at a high level in a fast-paced environment.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

  • Track shipments in real time and communicate status updates accurately and promptly
  • Build and manage loads within our transportation management system
  • Source and book carrier coverage for open freight
  • Support the Operations Manager in day-to-day account management
  • Maintain onsite presence and serve as a point of contact for account needs
  • Help drive the growth of a large, enterprise-level customer account
  • Collaborate with the broader CargoVolt team to ensure seamless execution

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

  • Motivated self-starter who is hungry to learn and grow
  • Strong communicator, written and verbal
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities at once
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced, high-accountability environment
  • No prior logistics experience required, we will train the right person
  • Bachelor's degree required

WHY CARGOVOLT

  • Get in early at a company positioned at the center of America's energy infrastructure build-out
  • Direct access to leadership and real decision-making from day one
  • High-growth environment with a clear path to advancement
  • Work on meaningful, enterprise-scale flatbed freight operations
  • Small team culture where your contribution is visible and valued

COMPENSATION

  • Base Salary: $50,000/year
  • Commission: Eligible after 90 days based on performance
  • Start Date: Immediate
