We currently have 600 and counting assets on the ground across five divisions. The Opportunity: 

Weโ€™re growing โ€” and looking for a seasoned Senior Freight Broker to lead the launch and expansion of our newest satellite 3PL office in Norcross/Duluth, GA. This is a unique leadership opportunity for a high-performing logistics professional who is ready to step beyond the traditional broker role and help build something from the ground up. As the first hire in this new market, youโ€™ll have the autonomy to shape the office, drive business development, and recruit, mentor, and lead a highly effective team of sales brokers. Backed by an experienced leadership team and a growth-focused company culture, this role is designed for someone who is passionate about scaling both revenue and people, while positioning themselves for long-term career and financial growth. 

This is not an entry-level role. Weโ€™re looking for someone who already owns and manages a solid book of business (minimum $7K+ weekly gross profit) and is ready to step into a leadership position with real autonomy and upside. This candidate will have a proven track record in Third Party Logistics management/sales and ability to transition their business. Compensation is negotiable based on your experience and book of business. Vista can support our new Lead Broker on all cylinders from Operations support, After Hours support to accounting and more.

What Youโ€™ll Do:

โ€ข Manage and expand your existing book of business  

โ€ข Oversee full-cycle logistics operations (pricing, sourcing, execution, customer management)  

โ€ข Mentor and develop additional brokers as the team scales  

โ€ข Drive new business through strong sales execution and relationship building
