Job description

Drive a Well-Maintained 2024 Peterbilt Automatic • Refrigerated Freight • Weekly Direct Deposit

1120 Freight Logistics Inc. is seeking a professional, dependable CDL-A OTR Reefer Driver to operate a well-maintained 2024 Peterbilt with an automatic transmission hauling refrigerated (reefer) freight nationwide.

We are looking for a safety-focused driver who takes pride in maintaining a clean truck, a professional appearance, and excellent customer service.

Pay Structure

Driver compensation is based on weekly NET truck revenue:

$0-$2,000 net 25%

$2,001 -$ 4,000 net : 28 %

$ 4,001 - $6000 net : 30%

$ 6,001 - $7,500  net : 35%

Over $ 7,500 net: 40%

$1,000 Sign on bonus 

Drivers are eligible for a $1,000 sign on Bonus after 60 days of employment.

To qualify, drivers must:

• Have no unexcused lateness

• Have no missed pickup or delivery appointments

• Have no driver-caused freight claims or cargo damage

• Remain in good standing with the company

• Complete Pre-Trip Inspections Daily

• Complete Post-Trip Inspections Daily

• Keep Truck Interior and Exterior Clean and Organized

• Follow All DOT Regulations and Company Safety Policies

• Monitor Reefer Temperatures and Cargo Condition

• Deliver Freight Safely and On Time

• Prevent Cargo Damage Through Proper Handling and Attention to Reefer Settings

• Communicate Professionally with Dispatch, Customers, and Receivers
