Sutherland Global Logistics/SEKO MEDTEC Solutions is seeking an experienced Regional Manager to lead the financial, operational, compliance, and business development efforts of our Freight Forwarding division. Nashville TN

This role requires strong, hands-on FREIGHT FORWARDING experience. Candidates must have direct freight forwarding experience to be considered.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and develop General Managers, Business Development Managers, and Operations leaders across the region
  • Drive growth, profitability, and compliance across all freight forwarding branches
  • Ensure consistent execution of operational processes and company standards
  • Establish and monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
  • Build high-performing, team-oriented environments
  • Partner with executive leadership to meet strategic goals
  • Ensure strong communication across all levels of the organization
Required Qualifications
  • Extensive Freight Forwarding experience (REQUIRED)
  • 15+ years in the 3PL / logistics industry
  • 7โ€“10 years of leadership experience
  • Ability to obtain TSA certification
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills
  • High level of accuracy, confidentiality, and professionalism
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
Preferred
  • Experience managing multiple branches or regions
  • Strong background in operations, compliance, and business development
  • Experience working with KPIs and performance metrics
