Your Impact
As a Senior Logistics Analyst I, you will be a critical member of Axon's Global Logistics organization, helping ensure our international transportation operations are compliant, efficient, and scalable as Axon continues to expand globally. You will serve as a subject matter expert across global trade compliance, export controls, customs regulations, dangerous goods transportation, and international air freight logistics. This role will give you the opportunity to strengthen Axon's global logistics and compliance programs, partner across the business, and help build the processes, systems, and automation needed to support our next stage of international growth.

  • p]:inline" data-streamdown="list-item">Manage and support international transportation activities, with a focus on air freight, time-sensitive shipments, and global movement of goods.
  • p]:inline" data-streamdown="list-item">Coordinate with freight forwarders, customs brokers, carriers, and internal stakeholders to ensure shipments move efficiently, accurately, and compliantly.
  • p]:inline" data-streamdown="list-item">Serve as a subject matter expert for export control and trade compliance requirements, including ITAR, EAR, U.S. Customs regulations, and global import/export requirements.
  • p]:inline" data-streamdown="list-item">Review and validate shipment documentation, export records, customs documents, and dangerous goods documentation to ensure compliance with applicable regulations and company policies.
  • p]:inline" data-streamdown="list-item">Support export licensing requirements, jurisdiction/classification activities, regulatory recordkeeping, and escalation of complex compliance questions.
  • p]:inline" data-streamdown="list-item">Provide expertise in dangerous goods transportation requirements, including IATA, ICAO, IMDG, and ADR as applicable.
  • p]:inline" data-streamdown="list-item">Monitor shipment performance, identify transportation disruptions or compliance exceptions, and proactively resolve issues with internal teams and external logistics partners.
  • p]:inline" data-streamdown="list-item">Identify opportunities to improve logistics processes, compliance controls, documentation accuracy, and operational efficiency.
  • p]:inline" data-streamdown="list-item">Support logistics system enhancements, automation initiatives, metrics, reporting, and process standardization efforts across global logistics operations.
  • p]:inline" data-streamdown="list-item">Partner cross-functionally with Logistics, Trade Compliance, Distribution, Sales Operations, Manufacturing, Legal/Compliance, Customer Experience, and external providers to support international growth and operational excellence.
What You Bring
  • p]:inline" data-streamdown="list-item">5+ years of experience in international logistics, transportation, customs, export compliance, trade compliance, or a related field.
  • p]:inline" data-streamdown="list-item">Strong working knowledge of ITAR, EAR, U.S. Customs regulations, international shipping regulations, dangerous goods requirements, and global import/export processes.
  • p]:inline" data-streamdown="list-item">Experience supporting international air freight operations and working with freight forwarders, customs brokers, carriers, and global transportation providers.
  • p]:inline" data-streamdown="list-item">Strong analytical, problem-solving, documentation, and process improvement skills, with the ability to identify risks, resolve exceptions, and improve operational controls.
  • p]:inline" data-streamdown="list-item">Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to partner across Logistics, Trade Compliance, Distribution, Manufacturing, Sales Operations, Legal/Compliance, and external providers.
  • p]:inline" data-streamdown="list-item">Experience with ERP systems, transportation management systems, global trade management tools, logistics automation, or reporting/analytics platforms; D365 experience preferred.
  • p]:inline" data-streamdown="list-item">Professional certifications such as Licensed Customs Broker (LCB), Certified Export Specialist (CES), Certified Customs Specialist (CCS), DG/IATA Certification, CTPAT, or similar trade compliance certifications preferred.
