International Supply Chain Analyst

About the Role

The International Supply Chain Analyst plays a key role in supporting international supply chain operations by ensuring the accuracy, completeness, and compliance of import-related data and documentation. This position is responsible for analyzing shipment information, reviewing freight and customs documentation, and collaborating with suppliers, freight forwarders, and internal stakeholders to facilitate efficient cross-border trade activities. This is a fully on-site position located in Atlanta, GA. The International Supply Chain Analyst will assist with day-to-day import operations, monitor supplier performance, and support trade compliance initiatives. Success in this role requires strong analytical abilities, exceptional attention to detail, and advanced Excel skills to manage and validate large volumes of data accurately.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare, review, and maintain import documentation to ensure compliance with company policies and applicable trade regulations.
  • Utilize advanced Excel functions to analyze, validate, and report on import and supply chain data.
  • Support daily import operations by coordinating documentation and shipment information required for timely customs clearance.
  • Capture, validate, and maintain accurate data related to international shipments and import transactions.
  • Monitor supplier, vendor, and freight forwarder performance to ensure supply chain activities are operating efficiently and cost-effectively.
