VOTRE ROLE :

Etablir les tarifs pour le departement du transport maritime dans les delais requis et a la satisfaction des clients et de l'entreprise. Agir en tant qu'intermediaire entre les clients, les agents et les representants commerciaux.

Ce que vous ferez :

  • Creer les tarifs dans le systeme operationnel selon les besoins des clients (internes et externes).
  • Traiter les demandes dans les delais etablis.
  • Examiner differentes possibilites de transport avec les compagnies maritimes, les entreprises de camionnage et les agents du groupe, et negocier les meilleurs tarifs possibles pour les clients.
  • Negocier les tarifs de transport.
  • Assurer le suivi des tarifs dans le systeme operationnel.
  • Emettre des avis de non-conformite et des plaintes clients conformement aux procedures ISO.
  • Agir en tant que personne-ressource pour les agents et fournisseurs a l'etranger.
  • Collaborer avec l'equipe des ventes et le reseau CEVA.
  • Effectuer d'autres taches definies par le superviseur immediat.

  • 2 a 3 ans d'etudes postsecondaires pertinentes ou d'experience equivalente.
  • Capacite a offrir un service a la clientele exceptionnel.

  • Capacite a gerer son temps et a prioriser les taches pour repondre aux attentes internes et externes.

YOUR ROLE:

To rates for the sea freight department within the required deadlines and to the satisfaction of clients and the company. Act as a liaison for the clients, agents and sales executives. 

What you will be going:
   Build rates in the operational system according to the needs of the clients (both internal and external)    Process requests within the established timeframe.
   Look at different transport possibilities with shipping companies, trucking companies, and agents from the group and negotiate best possible rates for clients.
   Negotiate traffic rates,
   Follow up on rates in the operational system
   Issue non-conformity notices and customer complaints in accordance with ISO procedures.
   Act as the resource person for overseas agents and suppliers.
   Work together with the sales team and the CEVA network.
   Other tasks as defined by the immediate supervisor.

What we're looking for:
   2-3 years of relevant post-secondary education or experience.    Ability to provide exceptional customer service to clients
   Excellent organization skills and be a proactive problem solver
   Ability to manage own time and priorities workload to meet internal and external expectations
   Must be proficient in all areas of Microsoft Office Suite 
   Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) 
   Good interpersonal and teamworking skills required
