Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position for a Freight Forwarder based in St. Petersburg, FL. The Freight Forwarder will manage the coordination and execution of freight forwarding processes, including handling customer inquiries, managing export operations, and ensuring successful transportation of goods. The role involves communication with clients, carriers, and international agents to optimize logistics and ensure customer needs are met.


Qualifications

  • Experience in Freight Forwarding (ocean and air) and proficiency in Freight Transportation processes
  • Knowledge and skills related to Export operations and documentation
  • Strong Customer Service skills, including effective communication with clients
  • Organizational and problem-solving abilities for managing logistics and handling project complexities
  • Collaborative skills for working with carriers, clients, and international partners
