As we continue to grow, we are seeking an energetic, self-starting International Sales Engineer to join our sales team and help us expand our reach. 


As the International Sales Engineer, you will be responsible for managing and supporting sales activities for the International Sales Manager.  You will be responsible for communication with international customs and partners, preparing export documentation, and resolving issues to ensure timely delivery of Super Vac and Command Light products.

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Interface between International customer requirements and our manufacturing capabilities.
  • Understand technical requirements of Fire Fighters and advise on relevant Super Vac products.
  • Attend international marketing shows and ability to travel 4-6 times per year internationally. 
  • Assist in coordinating marketing materials to international standards and requirements.
  • Order and shipment management to include processing export orders, coordinating with freight forwarders, scheduling shipments, and tracking deliveries to ensure timely arrival.  
  • Compliance and documentation management to include following export regulations and preparing necessary export documentation.  
  • Problem-solving to address and resolve customer concerns or issues related to orders, shipments or payments.  
  • Other duties as assigned 

Requirements

Qualifications: 

  • Bilingual is a must 
  • Technical engineering background is a must
  • Firefighting background is a plus 
  • Strong communication and computer skills.  
  • Knowledge of international trade regulations, customs procedures, and currency exchange is beneficial.  
  • Prior sales experience in manufacturing environment a plus. 
  • Ability to travel and maintain a clean driving record with valid US passport
