Class A Touch-Freight Delivery Driver โ€“ Earn Up to $115K+ Yearly | 100% Touch Freight

Hey Driver,

Want serious pay without living out on OTR lanes for weeks at a time? Out of our Ashley, IN hub, you'll run dedicated routes across the Midwest, get home 3 to 4 times a week, and clear up to $2,200 a week ($115K+ a year) with a $2,500 sign-on bonus.

Here is the quick breakdown of what you'll be doing and making.

The Money & Pay Scale:

  • Weekly Gross: Averages $1,700 to $1,850, with top earners pulling $2,200 weekly.
  • All-In Value: Up to $1.76 per mile when you factor in base CPM, unloads, and backhauls.
  • Base CPM: Starts at $0.85 for new drivers and scales up to $0.88 for 36+ months experience.
  • The Heavy Lifting Pays: You get $335 per trailer unload plus $30 per backhaul.
  • The Bonus: $2,500 sign-on bonus paid out incrementally over your first 6 months.

The Schedule & Freight:

  • Home Time: Home 3 to 4 times a week (typically every other day for your 10-hour reset).
  • The Work: This is 100% touch freight. You'll unload box-by-box using rollers across 3 to 5 stops per route (about 3 loads a week) in IN, MI, IL, OH, and WI.
  • The Hours: Early morning deliveries mean night driving, plus possible weekend and holiday work.

Screening Checklist (Are you qualified?):

  • Experience: Do you have a valid Class A CDL with at least 3 months of tractor-trailer experience?
  • Drug Screening: Can you pass pre-employment hair and urine drug tests? ( Note: Not SAP-friendly. )
  • Physical Demand: Can you handle rigorous manual unloads and working in extreme temperatures?
  • Parking Rule: Do you have secure parking (needs 2 forms of security like guards or cameras) for your truck/trailer during home time? (No parking at delivery locations or unsecure lots).
  • Orientation: Are you ready to bring 2 weeks' worth of supplies to orientation?
