Key Responsibilities
  • Classifyproducts using HTSUS (US), HS (Canada), and HTS/TIGIE (Mexico).
  • Support USMCA documentationand verify rules of origin.
  • Coordinatecross-border logistics with freight forwarders, carriers, and customsbrokers.
  • Prepare/reviewimport & export documents (Commercial Invoice, Packing List, BL/AWB,USMCA Certificate).
  • Ensurecompliance with CBP, CBSA, and Mexican Customs (SAT) regulations.
  • Trackshipments and provide timely updates to internal stakeholders.
  • Assistin duty calculations and basic landed-cost analysis.
  • Maintaintariff, logistics, and compliance records for audits.

Requirements
  • Bachelor'sdegree in Supply Chain, International Business, or related field.
  • Knowledgeof tariff classification, EXIM procedures, and North American customsprocesses.
  • Familiaritywith cross-border trade (US-Mexico-Canada).
