We're looking for a hands-on, motivated Cold Storage Warehouse Lead who’s ready to make an impact in a global logistics powerhouse. As a Cold Storage Warehouse Lead, you’ll take charge of daily operations, set the tone for excellence, and serve as the go-to person for guidance and problem-solving.
    • Pay Range: $21.56 per hour + $2.25per hour cold storage premium
    • Schedule:
    What You’ll Be Doing:
    • Safely operate stand-up forklifts to keep orders moving and customers happy
    • Handle products with care in cold storage and blast zone areas
    • Monitor and maintain cold storage temperature standards
    • Assign daily tasks to Warehouse Associates and Forklift Operators
    • Coach and mentor team members with on-the-job training
    • Assist in scheduling, planning, and day-to-day operational flow
    • Conduct policy/procedure audits in the warehouse and trailers
    • Help resolve conflicts, promote a positive work environment, and drive team performance
    • Coordinate with the Warehouse Trainer to ensure skill certification and growth
    • Lead by example, especially during shift transitions and high-demand periods
