Interim HealthCare is seeking a dedicated RN to join our team and provide one-on-one nursing care for an adult female client in her home in Plaistow, New Hampshire. This position offers the unique opportunity to develop a meaningful relationship with your patient while delivering skilled nursing care in a comfortable personal setting.

Schedule

Weekend Day Shifts

  • Saturday & Sunday
  • 8:00 AM – 8:00 PM

About the Client

The client requires skilled nursing support and ongoing monitoring related to:

  • Epilepsy and seizure management
  • History of transient ischemic attacks (TIAs)
  • Cerebral palsy
  • Medication administration and symptom monitoring
  • Ongoing health assessment and support
Key Responsibilities
  • Provide skilled nursing care in accordance with the established care plan
  • Administer medications and treatments as ordered
  • Monitor patient condition and promptly identify changes in health status
  • Respond appropriately to medical concerns and emergencies
  • Collaborate with physicians, nurse practitioners, case managers, and other members of the healthcare team
  • Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
  • Provide compassionate support that promotes dignity, comfort, and independence

Qualifications
  • Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the State of New Hampshire
  • Home care experience preferred
  • Current CPR certification required (renewal classes provided by Interim HealthCare)
  • Strong clinical assessment and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and confidently in a personal setting
  • Experience caring for patients with neurological conditions is a plus
