Weekend Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor

As a Weekend Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the weekend nursing staff, providing guidance and support to ensure exceptional patient care. You will work closely with our medical team to develop and implement effective treatment plans, and collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication.

Weekend Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the weekend nursing staff, providing guidance and support to ensure exceptional patient care
• Develop and implement effective treatment plans in collaboration with the medical team
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination of care
• Provide leadership and mentorship to junior nursing staff
• Monitor and maintain accurate records and reports
• Identify and address any issues or concerns that may impact patient care or staff morale

Weekend Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor Requirements:

• Current RN license in the state of Florida
• Minimum 1 year of experience as a Registered Nurse
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Compassion, empathy, and a patient-centered approach
