About the Role

As a RN Weekend Supervisor, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest level of quality care is provided to our residents while promoting a positive and supportive work environment. Your expertise and leadership skills will be instrumental in managing our nursing team, conducting rounds, and identifying areas for improvement. You will also be responsible for developing and implementing policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company standards.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and supervise our nursing team on weekends, ensuring that all residents receive high-quality care and services

  • Conduct rounds to identify areas for improvement and implement changes to enhance resident care and satisfaction
