Role Overview: The Visual Merchandising Designer is responsible for executing and maintaining the visual identity of the brand across various retail environments. This includes producing seasonal merchandising collateral, developing event and launch materials, and ensuring consistency across all touchpoints. The role demands both creative and technical proficiencies, as well as strong project management capabilities to oversee timelines and deliverables in coordination with other departments. Establish and uphold brand guidelines. Communicate brand values effectively and with relevance. Develop seasonal visual merchandising assets for Open Sell formats, including pricing materials (shelf strips) and visual updates. Assist in the design and development of 3D tester units. Collaborate with global and U.S. teams to create cohesive launch and event collateral across all retail environments. Propose innovative visual merchandising strategies to enhance brand storytelling and drive customer acquisition and retention.
