Job description

What You'll Do

You will report into the SVP, Future Creative

  • Post-Production Operations: Design and implement the end-to-end post-production pipeline: ingest, editing, color grading, sound design, motion graphics and approval, and final delivery. Establish platform-specific delivery specifications for YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, CTV, podcast platforms, and on-site. Build standardized workflows that maintain quality while ensuring scale.
  • Digital Asset Management: Lead the implementation and management of the enterprise DAM/MAM/PAM systems. Define metadata standards, tagging taxonomy, and naming conventions across all Future brands. Build the IP lifecycle framework: editorial creation through commercial packaging to licensing and data monetisation. Ensure all assets are tagged, cleared, and ready for multi-lifecycle commercial use.
  • AI & Automation: Partner with the Tiger Team and enterprise AI team to inform and implement automation touchpoints across the post-production pipeline. Track efficiency gains and report quarterly on time-saved and output multiplication metrics. Important targets include automating social re-cuts from long-form content. You will convert one 12-min video into 20-50 versions of assets in minutes compared to hours. Additionally, important targets include caption and subtitle generation across languages, thumbnail creation and A/B testing, and multi-platform reformatting.
  • Production Services and Freelance Network: Build and manage a global freelance production services network covering editing, color, sound, motion graphics, and archival. Establish service-level agreements, rate cards, and quality benchmarks. Manage production services budget and vendor relationships. Ensure the network can flex to meet seasonal demand and tentpole production peaks.
  • Quality Control & Compliance: Implement quality control checkpoints across all output at defined stages of the post-production pipeline. Manage rights clearance, music licensing, talent release tracking, and FTC compliance for branded content. Ensure all assets in the DAM are cleared and documented for commercial use, licensing, and CTV distribution.
  • 24/5 Global Operations: Design and operate a dual-hub production model (NYC and London) that provides production services coverage across time zones. Establish handoff protocols, shared project management systems, and unified quality standards. Build the operational rhythm that allows you to complete work started in London in New York and vice versa.
Experience That Will Put You Ahead Of The Curve

You are a systems-builder who combines deep technical expertise in post-production with the operational discipline to run a global production services function at scale. They understand both the craft of post-production and the business logic of content infrastructure.

  • 10–15+ years in post-production leadership or production operations at a media company, studio, or production house
  • Experience building and scaling post-production departments or centralized production services responsibilities
  • Deep technical knowledge across editing (Premiere, Avid, DaVinci Resolve), color, sound, and motion graphics workflows
  • Experience implementing and managing DAM systems at enterprise scale
  • Track record with AI-assisted production tools and workflow automation
  • Experience managing global, multi-hub production operations across time zones
  • Background in rights management, music licensing, and content compliance
  • Experience building infrastructure that enables creativity at scale
  • Rigorous about quality control and delivery standards
  • Experienced in managing large freelance networks and vendor relationships
  • Data-driven: tracks efficiency, throughput, and quality metrics obsessively
What's In It For You

As well as more great perks, including:
