Role Overview

As a Tax Manager, you will bring technical expertise, leadership potential, and client service excellence to firms that prioritize both professional growth and personal quality of life. Youโ€™ll oversee tax engagements, mentor junior professionals, and contribute to delivering high-quality client service in a modern, flexible environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and review tax compliance and advisory engagements for individuals and businesses.

  • Collaborate with firm leadership on client service strategy and tax planning initiatives.

  • Supervise and mentor staff accountants, providing coaching and review feedback.

  • Ensure compliance with professional standards and evolving tax regulations.

  • Leverage technology to collaborate effectively with clients and team members, regardless of location.

  • Maintain strong client relationships through proactive communication and support.



Requirements
  • CPA license required.

  • Bachelorโ€™s degree in Accounting or related field (Masterโ€™s in Taxation preferred).

  • 3+ years of recent public accounting experience with tax-focused responsibilities.

  • Proven leadership ability with interest in career progression to Partner level.

  • Strong technical tax knowledge and analytical skills.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
