Job Description Freelance Graphic Designer Setting/Hours: 100% Remote | Completely Flexible Join trak group in partnering with a growing client in Cincinnati, Ohio that's expanding its Shared Services team. Position Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented Freelance Graphic Designer to support a corporate textile and product team with artwork development, product labeling, and creative design projects. This part-time freelance opportunity offers a steady stream of production-focused work, requiring strong technical design skills, responsiveness, and the ability to manage multiple priorities while meeting quick turnaround deadlines.

The ideal candidate combines creativity with precision and has experience preparing production-ready files for manufacturing and product development environments. Key Responsibilities: Manage and complete artwork requests submitted through the design workflow, ensuring accuracy and production readiness. Create and prepare artwork for embroidery, ink stamping, and other product decoration applications.

Design, update, and maintain product labels while ensuring consistency with established brand standards. Upload and maintain artwork, labeling information, and technical documentation within a Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) system. Support product development initiatives through basic print, pattern, mockup, and colorway creation.

Assist with marketing-related creative projects, including digital graphics, presentations, promotional materials, and sell sheets. Deliver organized, production-ready files while maintaining proper file naming conventions and version control. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project requirements, timelines, and specifications are met.

Balance multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining a high level of quality and attention to detail. Qualifications: Strong proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign. Experience creating production-ready artwork and preparing files for manufacturing or print production.

Understanding of print specifications, file preparation standards, and factory requirements. Ability to manage multiple deadlines and maintain fast turnaround times in a dynamic environment. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

Strong communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work independently. Experience with PLM systems, such as BeProduct or similar platforms, is preferred. Familiarity with textile, product development, manufacturing, or consumer goods industries is a plus.

Experience with digital illustration tools, including Procreate or similar applications, is beneficial. Ideal Candidate Profile: Detail-oriented professional with a strong focus on production accuracy and quality. Comfortable working independently while following structured processes and workflows.

Able to balance speed, efficiency, and creativity in a deadline-driven environment. Experienced collaborating with product development, marketing, and manufacturing teams. Skilled at managing a consistent workload while adapting to changing priorities and project needs.

Schedule & Engagement: Part-time freelance engagement averaging 8-15 hours per week. Typical project turnaround expectations range from 1-3 business days. Estimated engagement duration of approximately 10 weeks, beginning in early July.
