- Develop and maintain accurate BIM models using software such as Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD, or similar platforms
- Produce 2D drawings, 3D models, and construction documents based on project requirements
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and project teams to ensure coordinated design and model integrity
- Perform clash detection and model coordination using tools such as Navisworks or BIM 360
- Ensure model compliance with BIM standards, company protocols, and project specifications
- Extract quantities, schedules, and reports from BIM models for project planning and estimation
- Update models based on design revisions, RFIs, and field changes
