  • At least 3+ years of experience working in a BIM modeling role.
  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.
  • Ability to communicate clearly and work effectively as part of a team.
  • Willingness to learn, adapt, and grow in a collaborative, technical environment.

In-Office and Hybrid Work Expectations
This role follows a structured in-office schedule designed to support collaboration, learning, and integration with the team:
  • First 90 days: In the office 4 days per week
  • Remainder of first year: In the office 2 days per week
  • After first year: In the office 1 day per week, based on project and team needs

  • You'll spend most of your time working at a computer, reviewing models, drawings, and digital documentation.
  • Occasional site visits may be required, depending on project needs.
