Responsibilities 

  • Translate business requirements into technical specifications. 
  • Design and develop custom data analytics solutions (SSRS, Power BI, HighCharts, SQL stored procedures) 
  • Works with clients and management to resolve issues and validate reporting requirements. 
  • Analyze and resolve SQL data gaps, errors, anomalies, inconsistencies, and redundancies. 
  • Support clients with data integrity checks and reconciliation activities. 
  • Participate in development projects including user sessions, requirements gathering, and development of functional specifications as required. 

Requirements

  • SQL development Experience in MS SQL Server 
  • Ability to write complex SQL queries and stored procedures. 
  • Analytical mind with a problem-solving aptitude. 
  • Ability to interact well with user base, development teams and other technical teams. 
  • Strong work ethic and ability to handle high pressure situations with minimum direction. 
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize workload effectively. 
  • Translate business requirements into technical specifications.

PREFERRED SKILLS (NOT REQUIRED): 

  • Experience developing in Reporting application, e.g. - SSRS.  
  • Experience developing Power BI (reports and datasets).  
  • Knowledge of dashboard/visualization and best practices. 
  • Experience in Real Estate preferred. 
  • BS/BA in MIS, Computer Science, Engineering or relevant field. 
  • 5+ years of BI / Analytics / Reports development experience.
