Fire Alarm Sales Representative
Location: South Williamsport, PA
Compensation: $70,000-$75,000 base + commission (OTE $100K+)
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

ICON Fire Solutions is a growing fire protection contractor specializing in sprinkler systems, inspections, maintenance, and life safety services. With an established customer base and strong local reputation, we are expanding into fire alarm services to meet increasing demand from our clients.

Position Overview

We are seeking a Fire Alarm Sales / Business Development Representative to help launch and grow our fire alarm division. This is a high-impact, field-based role where you'll work directly with customers, quote projects, and build a new revenue stream within an established company.

This is an ideal opportunity for someone who wants autonomy, ownership, and the ability to build something from the ground up.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and grow fire alarm sales within the local market
  • Meet with commercial clients to assess system needs, upgrades, and replacements
  • Quote fire alarm system change-outs and retrofit projects
  • Build relationships with property managers, contractors, and business owners
  • Convert inbound demand into booked revenue
  • Identify opportunities within existing customer accounts
  • Act as the internal subject matter expert on fire alarm systems
  • Support project scope and coordination with installation teams
  • Maintain and manage a strong sales pipeline

Requirements

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of fire alarm industry experience
  • Experience in fire alarm sales, estimating, or business development
  • Ability to quote system replacements and upgrades
  • Strong knowledge of commercial fire alarm systems
  • Comfortable working in a field-based, customer-facing role
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record
  • Ability to pass background check and drug screen
Preferred (Not Required)
  • NICET certification
  • Experience with security/low-voltage systems
  • Existing relationships in the local market
  • Experience supporting installation or project coordination
