Job description

ResponsibilitiesWHAT YOU'LL DO:
  • Welcome guests, assess the purpose of their visit, and direct them to the appropriate department.
  • Manage incoming calls by routing them appropriately and providing general company information.
  • Process new and transfer inventory accurately, including printing and reprinting stock tags.
  • Support recall documentation by checking manufacturer portals and notifying internal teams.
  • Create new customer profiles in CAMP and maintain accurate internal records.
  • Track and log dealer license plates used for test drives and support escalation of customer concerns.
  • Prepare and execute all day-of-delivery tasks, including VIP tags, special requests, and CAMP navigation.
  • Greet customers during delivery, ensure all work orders are completed and paid, and provide keys while thanking them for their business.
Qualifications

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR:

  • Minimum of a High School Diploma is required.
  • Must be able to communicate effectively, both verbal and written.
  • Previous Customer Service experience is required, ideally within retail setting.
  • People oriented, interacting positively with clients and other team members.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
  • Able to effectively troubleshoot and address/resolve customer complaints and issues.
  • Attentiveness, decision-making, adaptability and relationship development are all keys to success in this positions.
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to details and multitasking is essential.
