Join our team at Willow Springs Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center as an RN! Proudly supported by Marquis Health Consulting Services. Full-Time & Per-Diem Opportunities Available! SHIFTS (FT): 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM. SHIFTS (PRN): Any 8-HOUR SHIFT! (One Weekend Per Month Is Required). $5,000 Sign-On Bonus (New FT Hires!) $42–$48/hr (+$3/hr if Benefits Waived - FT) +$1/hr Evening & Night Differential. Daily Pay & More!

Responsibilities for Registered Nurse (RN):

  • Provide resident care in accordance with acceptable standards of nursing practice and the physician's plan of treatment, as well as the written plan of care.
  • Follow and implement care plans developed by the Nurse Manager.
  • Perform medication administration and treatments in accordance with the plan of care (POC).
  • Monitor and assess residents' conditions, promptly reporting changes to appropriate clinical team members.
  • Maintain accurate, timely, and complete documentation in accordance with physician orders, facility policies, and regulatory standards.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure coordinated and high-quality resident care.
  • Ensure compliance with infection control protocols, safety standards, and nursing regulations.

Qualifications for Registered Nurse (RN):

  • A current, unencumbered active license to practice as an RN in the state of NJ.
  • Valid BLS Certification (CPR) required.
  • Ability to manage care for multiple residents simultaneously in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
  • Strong clinical assessment, communication, and documentation skills.
