Per Diem Psych RN - Crisis Stabilization Unit | Santa Rosa CA
Start Date: ASAP | ongoing Contract | $63 per hour
We’re seeking an experienced Psych RN available to pickup shifts at a crisis stabilization unit in Santa Rosa, California. This role is ideal for a nurse with strong psychiatric background comfortable in an intensive setting.
Position Highlights
- Location:Â Santa Rosa, CA
- Setting:Â Crisis Stabilization unit
- Start Window:Â ASAP
- Contract Length:Â Ongoing with Department needs
- Schedule:Â 8 hour shifts (up to a few shifts per week)
- Shift:Â AM, PM or NOCs (can choose availability)
Required Qualifications
- CA RN License
- 1+ years of psych experience
- Certifications:
- BLS (American Heart Association)
Additional Compliance Requirements
- TB Questionnaire, PPD, or chest X-ray (if applicable)
- Current Health Certificate (per contract or state regulation)
- Must meet all federal, state, and local requirements
- Successful completion of new hire training as applicable to job site
- Understanding of patient confidentiality and HIPAA requirements
- Ability to effectively communicate with supervisors, co-workers, and clients; proficiency in English required
