Spa Nail Technician
Horseshoe Bay Resort - Bayside Spa at Lake LBJ
Position Summary
Horseshoe Bay Resort is seeking a licensed Spa Nail Technician to deliver professional nail services in a luxury spa environment. This role ensures exceptional guest experiences through high-quality treatments, strong service standards, and strict adherence to sanitation protocols.
Key Responsibilities
  • Perform manicures, pedicures, nail enhancements, and specialty treatments
  • Provide hand and foot massage techniques to enhance guest relaxation
  • Maintain appointment schedules and deliver services within designated timeframes
  • Educate guests on services and recommend products to support retail goals
  • Follow all sanitation, sterilization, and safety standards in compliance with state regulations and resort policies
  • Maintain clean, organized, and fully stocked workstations and equipment
  • Collaborate with spa team members to ensure outstanding guest service

Required Qualifications
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in manicures, pedicures, nail enhancements, nail art, and French manicure techniques
  • Customer Service: Ability to communicate effectively, manage guest expectations, and deliver a positive spa experience
  • Attention to Detail: Precision in nail shaping, polish application, and artistic design
  • Licensing & Experience: Current State of Texas Nail Technician or Cosmetology License required; prior experience in a salon, spa, or freelance setting preferred

Additional Qualifications
  • Strong knowledge of nail health and sanitation practices
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, service-driven environment
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Basic computer skills for scheduling and service tracking
