Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct ongoing psychological assessments and develop tailored treatment plans to address the unique needs of each client.

  • Manage and coordinate home visits effectively to enhance client engagement and collect relevant information through observations and chart reviews.

  • Participate actively in Interdisciplinary Team Meetings, contributing insights and strategies that improve client care.
  • Document and maintain meticulous progress notes, highlighting client achievements and areas needing attention on a monthly and quarterly basis.
  • Facilitate training sessions aimed at enhancing team competence in delivering quality mental health services and maintaining proper documentation.
  • Collaborate with external mental health community stakeholders, acting as a liaison to support the developmental goals of individuals and the organization as a whole.
  • Onboard and guide new team members in aligning with procedural standards for client assessment and program implementation.
Patient Population / Client Focus

Our patient population is diverse, encompassing both adults and youth from various backgrounds, each facing unique challenges. You will have the opportunity to work with individuals grappling with issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and substance misuse. The role calls for sensitivity, cultural competence, and a genuine commitment to understanding and responding to the complexities of each client’s experience.

Qualifications
  • A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a closely related field.
  • Active and unrestricted licensure as a Professional Counselor in the state of Colorado.
  • Minimum of 2 years of professional counseling experience, ideally within a clinical setting.
  • Specialization in areas like family therapy, couples therapy, trauma, or substance misuse is highly desirable.
  • Comprehensive understanding of legal, ethical, and regulatory standards that govern mental health practice.
