• Guide participants through an evidence-based 8-week program focused on enhancing their mental health and well-being.
• Continuously monitor participant progress, offering support through follow-up communications and care coordination recommendations while meticulously documenting session notes.
• Collaborate with fellow care team members to facilitate access to necessary resources, helping participants navigate consent and authorization processes.
• Identify high-risk situations and respond appropriately, adhering strictly to established safety protocols to ensure participant well-being.
• Engage in regular meetings, including supervision sessions, monthly team gatherings, and organization-wide Town Halls, to promote cohesion and knowledge sharing.
• Uphold the highest level of confidentiality in compliance with HIPAA policies, participating in annual training to ensure ongoing adherence to privacy regulations.

As a member of our team, you will work with a diverse range of clients who seek support for various mental health challenges. This includes individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship difficulties. Our focus is on helping clients cultivate actionable skills and establish lasting habits, utilizing structured, evidence-based approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).

• Must hold one of the following credentials: Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).
• Ability and willingness to maintain a consistent schedule for patient appointments.
• Clinical experience in conducting psychotherapy and utilizing solution-focused methods.
• A demonstrated passion for impacting the lives of others and advancing the future of behavioral health care.
• Compliance with UnitedHealth Group's Telecommuter Policy for remote employees.
• Must successfully pass a drug test prior to employment, as we are a drug-free workplace.

Although not mandatory, experience in a community health setting or working with underserved populations is highly valued. Familiarity with telehealth platforms and electronic health record systems is a plus, as is a history of contributing to innovative healthcare practices.

• Attractive annual salary ranging from USD 115,000 to 130,000, commensurate with experience and hours worked.
