Work Environment

This role is entirely remote, allowing you the freedom to work from the comfort of your own home while maintaining a structured schedule. The operational hours are Monday through Friday, from 9 AM to 5 PM. There is no on-call work, ensuring a healthy work-life balance as you dedicate your time to providing compassionate mental health services without extra burdens.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver high-quality, evidence-based care through weekly live video sessions with individual adults, tailoring approaches to meet each client’s unique needs.
  • Utilize digital tools and platforms for effective documentation, including treatment plans, assessments, and progress monitoring through our user-friendly EMR system.
  • Collaborate with psychiatric providers and fellow mental health counselors to ensure a comprehensive treatment approach.
  • Monitor client improvement through self-assessments and symptom trackers, enabling adjustments to treatment plans based on objective data.
  • Attend weekly live consultation sessions with leadership to enhance clinical skills and receive feedback on your practice.
Patient Population / Client Focus

Our patient population comprises adults facing a spectrum of mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, and other disorders, with a particular focus on those at higher risk for suicide. We prioritize culturally responsive care, welcoming all individuals and fostering an inclusive environment for both clients and staff.

Qualifications
  • A Master’s or Doctorate degree in Clinical Psychology, Counseling, or Clinical Social Work from an accredited institution.
  • A valid independent mental health license (LPCC, LCSW, or LMFT) with at least one year of experience providing mental health services.
Preferred Experience
  • A minimum of two years of recent experience in delivering Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy and other evidence-based interventions to adult clients.
  • Experience working with higher-risk populations, demonstrating an ability to handle sensitive situations with professionalism and care.

Compensation and Benefits

The salary for this position ranges from USD 115,000 to 130,000 annually, complemented by performance-based bonuses.
