• Conduct comprehensive assessments and screenings to ascertain clients' substance abuse histories and mental health needs.
• Design and implement individualized treatment plans that not only address addiction recovery but also incorporate mental health stabilization strategies.
• Facilitate engaging individual therapy sessions and lead group therapy discussions, utilizing evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).
• Collaborate actively with the treatment team to ensure a holistic, integrated approach to client care, including regular case consultation and brainstorming sessions.
• Educate and involve clients' families in the recovery process, helping them understand addiction dynamics and providing resources for ongoing support.
• Maintain thorough documentation and client records that comply with local regulations and organizational policies, ensuring client confidentiality and quality of care.

• A minimum of a Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field is required.
