A leading music streaming company seeks a Graphic Design & Presentation Specialist to support the company's B2B Marketing team. This role is responsible for transforming complex ideas, data, and marketing strategies into visually compelling presentations that drive engagement and influence key audiences. The ideal candidate combines exceptional presentation design expertise with strong visual storytelling abilities and thrives in a fast-paced, highly collaborative environment supporting executive leadership, sales teams, and major client initiatives.

Graphic Design & Presentation Specialist Responsibilities:

  • Develop visually engaging PowerPoint and Google Slides presentations for B2B marketing initiatives, sales enablement, client presentations, conferences, webinars, executive speaking engagements, and Tier 1 events, incorporating advanced video, audio, interactive elements, and sophisticated visual storytelling.
  • Partner with the Associate Design Director to strengthen creative direction, review and refine presentation materials, and coordinate work with freelance presentation designers.
  • Translate complex concepts, strategic narratives, campaign performance data, and business insights into clear, persuasive, audience-focused presentations while maintaining brand consistency and design excellence across all company brands.
  • Collaborate with B2B marketing teams, sales strategists, product teams, and senior stakeholders to deliver high-priority projects under tight deadlines, while supporting additional design initiatives including infographics, flyers, and marketing collateral.
  • Develop and maintain presentation templates, icon libraries, and visual asset repositories to improve efficiency, reinforce brand standards, and elevate design quality, while continuously monitoring emerging design trends, competitors' work, and visual storytelling best practices to enhance presentation effectiveness.

Graphic Design & Presentation Specialist Qualifications:

  • 8+ years of experience as a presentation designer, graphic designer, or in a similar role within B2B marketing, media, advertising, or technology environments.
  • 3+ years of experience working cross-functionally within highly matrixed organizations and/or agency environments.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Media, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
  • Advanced expertise in Microsoft PowerPoint and Google Slides, with demonstrated ability to create sophisticated presentation experiences.
  • Proficiency with Figma and Adobe Creative Suite, including Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign.
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in visual storytelling, presentation design, typography, layout principles, brand systems, data visualization, and design consistency.
