  • Support PAC Board, leadership, and employee communications to foster informed, voluntary participation.
  • Help build a culture of transparency, understanding, and ethical political engagement.

Compliance & Governance Excellence

  • Serve as a trusted liaison with Legal, Compliance, and external PAC vendors.
  • Proactively identify, escalate, and mitigate compliance and governance risks.
  • Ensure timely, accurate, and transparent reporting, documentation, and audit readiness.

PAC Operations & Program Management

  • Oversee daytoday PAC operations, including contribution processing, disbursements, vendor management, and recordkeeping.
  • Establish and maintain calendars, controls, workflows, and documentation governing PAC activities.
  • Continuously improve operational processes, tools, and systems to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and scalability.
  • Ensure continuity, institutional knowledge, and operational resilience within the PAC program.

Data, Reporting & Continuous Improvement

  • Track, analyze, and communicate PAC performance metrics including participation, growth, engagement, and activity.

  • A modernized PAC program that clearly communicates its impact and relevance.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree or relevant certification preferred.
