This role is responsible for building a strong, inclusive brand presence that resonates with our existing plus-size customers, drives customer acquisition and retention, and supports revenue growth across all marketing channels, both digital and in-store.The ideal candidate combines strategic & execution brand leadership, data-driven marketing expertise, and a deep understanding of the plus-size fashion customer. They will oversee multi-channel marketing initiatives, collaborate cross-functionally with merchandising, planning, e-commerce, stores, social and creative teams, and ensure the strategic intent of seasonal, monthly & weekly plans are met.The impact you can haveBrand Strategy & ExecutionSupport the development and execution of a 360 omni comprehensive brand strategy that strengthens brand awareness, consideration, loyalty & lifetime value through purchase frequency as well as market differentiation.Champion a brand voice that reflects inclusivity, confidence, and empowerment for plus-size women.Marketing Campaigns & GrowthSupport Director of Marketing to deliver executional plan of integrated marketing campaigns inclusive of product launches and always-on key items across ecommerce, social, email, influencer, paid media, credit & loyalty and in-store channels - ensuring consistency, alignment and flawless execution.Manage execution of seasonal events and collaborations with marketing team to deliver socially relevant brand content including customer contests and influencer collaborations, executing across all channels.Oversee and support weekly/daily product & promotional messaging across email, social, site & paid media.Collaborate with creative & visual on in-store sign execution aligning product knowledge, navigation, creative assets & promotional messaging to seasonal strategy.Support routing of 360 strategy plans & hindsights in order to align and analyze marketing performance metrics and optimize campaigns.Establish solid collaborative relationships with merchandising partners to ensure product knowledge and education is delivered to all cross-functional marketing partners.Leadership & Team DevelopmentIdeate and support director to create tools that support total brand marketing team members and external partners or agencies.Organize and lead monthly floorset kick offs, weekly strategy work sessions and seasonal event planning meetings.Download cross functional teams on strategy and promotional shifts.You'll bring to the role5–8+ years of experience in brand marketing, digital marketing, or integrated marketing1-3+ years in a management marketing roleExperience in fashion, retail, or e-commerce on a national scaleProven success managing multi-channel marketing campaignsStrong analytical and data-driven decision-making skillsExperience working with plus-size, inclusive, or body-positive brandsKnowledge of fashion industry trends and consumer behaviorExperience with marketing & reporting platforms such as Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, Google Docs, Adobe analytics tools.Integrated marketing campaign managementDigital marketing & performance marketingInfluencer and partnership marketingCustomer insights & data analysisProject management & cross-functional leadershipBenefitsYou will be eligible to receive a merchandise discount at select KnitWell Group brands, subject to each brand’s discount policies.Support for your individual development plus opportunities for career mobility within our family of brands.A culture of giving back – local volunteer opportunities, annual donation and volunteer match to eligible nonprofit organizations, and philanthropic activities to support our communities.*Medical, dental, vision insurance & 401(K).*Employee Assistance Program (EAP).Time off – paid time off & holidays.*Any job offer will consider factors such your qualifications, relevant experience, and skills.
