We are seeking fully licensed Mental Health Therapists to join our team at the Resilient Women's Health Hub, an innovative mental health clinic dedicated to transforming lives through holistic care. In this full-time, remote position, you will play a pivotal role in assisting individuals facing mental health challenges, fostering resilience, and promoting well-being through tailored therapeutic approaches.

Work Environment

This position allows you to work remotely, providing flexibility while being part of a dynamic and collaborative team. Our remote structure is designed to support work-life balance, accommodating various schedules, including evenings and weekends, to meet our clients' diverse needs. Utilizing teletherapy technologies, you will maintain strong connections with both clients and colleagues while ensuring high standards of care.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough assessments to identify clients' mental health concerns and develop individualized treatment plans rooted in evidence-based practices.
  • Facilitate engaging individual and group therapy sessions, utilizing a variety of therapeutic modalities tailored to address the unique backgrounds and needs of clients.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists, psychologists, and social workers, to ensure integrated care that supports holistic treatment approaches.
  • Provide education and support to clients and their families, helping them navigate the recovery process and fostering an understanding of mental health issues.
  • Ensure meticulous documentation of client progress and treatment plans, adhering to all regulatory and ethical guidelines to maintain confidentiality and integrity.
  • Stay current with the latest research and trends in mental health to continually enhance the quality of care provided to clients.
Patient Population / Client Focus

Your primary focus will be on women experiencing various mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and adjustment disorders. Our diverse client base benefits from personalized care that respects and integrates their cultural backgrounds and personal experiences into the therapeutic process. As a therapist, you will have the opportunity to work with clients from various socio-economic backgrounds and life experiences, enhancing your cultural competence and therapeutic skills.

Qualifications
  • A current and valid license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).
  • A Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, or a related field is required; a master’s or doctoral degree is preferred.
  • A minimum of two years' experience working in mental health counseling or a related environment.
  • A thorough understanding of evidence-based practices for treating mental health disorders, demonstrated through specialized training or relevant experience.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to foster rapport with clients to support their recovery journey.
  • Proficiency in using technology for teletherapy sessions and documentation management.
Preferred Experience
  • Experience in providing both individual and group therapy is highly preferred.
  • Familiarity with trauma-informed care practices and culturally competent counseling approaches.
  • Background in working within hospice settings or with clients facing end-of-life challenges is a plus.
Compensation and Benefits
  • Competitive salary range from USD 60,000 to 104,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
