Job Description

We're searching for a Senior Copywriter of Creative who will concept, design, and execute innovative pharma-focused visual materials for integrated, cross channel initiatives including: large web initiatives, online advertising, digital marketing and broadcast, when applicable. Individuals should possess strong conceptual and 360-campaign development skills and an ego-less approach to elevating the agency's creative offerings and brand work.

Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with creative team members to determine concept, brand and copy directions
  • Ensure copy tone and style are consistent with brand and style guidelines
  • Interact with project teams to understand business objectives and audience demographics
  • Translate concepts into effective messages
  • Contribute to brainstorming and creative brief development
  • Work on multiple projects simultaneously and juggle writing demands
  • Possess strong communication skills with a positive attitude
  • Support more senior creative leads, and mentor and partner with those more junior
  • You leverage the components of relevance in every program that you work on, checking alignment of relevance constantly and report misalignment to your team's lead(s)
  • You know the goals of every program that you work on and communicate those goals to the team consistently
  • You understand the needs, motivations, and aspirations relevant to your audiences
Qualifications
  • Four year degree
  • 4-7 years' experience, preferably within a creative agency space
  • Priority to candidates with DTC and HCP pharma experience
  • Solid understanding of marketing and advertising principles
  • Strong experience on large cross-channel and/or direct marketing initiatives across mediums
  • Experience with online and offline media preferred
  • Candidate must be open to travel as needed

 Compensation Range: USD $81,225.00 - USD $116,655.00/Annually. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. Temporary roles may be eligible to participate in our freelancer/temporary employee medical plan through a third-party benefits administration system once certain criteria have been met. Temporary roles may also qualify for participation in our 401(k) plan after eligibility criteria have been met. For regular roles, the Company will offer medical coverage, dental, vision, disability, 401k, and paid time off.
