Job Description

our Client is seeking an experienced Senior Business Analyst to support enterprise technology initiatives involving business process analysis, Salesforce solutions, system integrations, and application modernization. The ideal candidate will have 7+ years of business analysis experience with strong experience working in complex enterprise environments, Agile teams, and cross-functional technology projects.

The candidate will be responsible for gathering and analyzing business requirements, translating business needs into technical requirements, supporting solution design, coordinating with development teams, and ensuring successful delivery of technology solutions.

Required Qualifications
  • 7+ years of experience in Business Analysis, requirements gathering, process analysis, and software development lifecycle activities.
  • Strong experience working with Salesforce, including:
    • Salesforce Administration
    • Apex

  • Analyze integrations between Salesforce and enterprise applications using REST APIs and distributed architecture patterns.
  • Support analysis of applications utilizing Java, .NET, SQL Server, Oracle, and JavaScript technologies.
  • Work with development and QA teams throughout the SDLC to clarify requirements and resolve issues.
  • Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, backlog refinement, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
  • Utilize Azure DevOps for requirements, user stories, backlog management, defect tracking, and project collaboration.
  • Support the development of SOWs, RFPs, procurement documentation, and vendor-related deliverables.
  • Assist project leadership with scope, requirements, risks, dependencies, and stakeholder communications.
  • Review proposed technical solutions to ensure alignment with business requirements.
  • Support testing activities, including test planning, UAT, defect triage, and validation of delivered functionality.
  • Identify process improvement opportunities and recommend solutions that improve efficiency, scalability, and user experience.
  • Mentor and provide guidance to junior and mid-level Business Analysts.
  • Participate in architecture and solution discussions involving microservices, integrations, APIs, and distributed systems.
  • Ensure requirements and project documentation are accurate, complete, traceable, and maintained throughout the project lifecycle.
